Elaine Kauffmann

Elaine Kauffmann has a B.A. in Fine Arts, so Luxury comes naturally to her. That is why she has been able to sell Luxurious New Developments in Miami. She believes that success is built upon servicing, listening, and being hands-on with clients. The art background helped her as a publicist for 20 years in a Newspaper, and now gives her an advantage in real estate.
 
As a Real Estate Broker Assoc, she has a special system to sell homes and does a costumed media plan per property. Also works closely with investors to generate returns. She specializes in the luxury market in Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Brickell and Coconut Grove. She has lived in Ecuador, Venezuela, Mexico and Puerto Rico, which has given her a leverage in international experience, enhanced by being bilingual and having multi-cultural abilities. To further in servicing others, studied human behavior with Tony Robbins, trained by Robert Kiyosaki's system in Investments and is an active Member in Tom Ferry International.
 
She has an International Network and has become an expert in finding foreign and national buyers for her Listings.
